Home Theater – a domain which has seen a tremendous technical development over the last 1 or 2 decades: whether it is constantly increasing picture resolution and quality (from HD to 4K and now even 8K), the vast amount of streaming services and devices available in the market, or the tremendous development towards movie theater-like sound systems (from 5.1 to 7.1 or 7.2 channel surround systems, to multi-room audio systems to highest end soundbars).
While the different manufacturers of Home Theater devices are constantly working on making installation of these devices as easy and straight forward as possible, setting up new audio / video equipment still requires some technological insights – and sometimes can be challenging.

- We setup (Smart) TVs of basically any brand, including Hisense, Insignia, LG, Samsung, Sony, TCL, Vizio, and many others.
- We setup Streaming Devices of any brand, including Amazon Fire, Apple TV, Google Chromecast, Roku, TiVo Stream, and many others.
- We also setup and program Universal Remotes of all popular brands, including GE, Logitech, Philips, and many others.
Installation Services include:
Installation and hook-up of device, including all required cabling; Connection to Wi-Fi; App installation and configuration.
Installation Prerequisites:
Installation of any streaming device usually requires one open / available HDMI input on your TV or Home Theater system.
All Smart TVs and Streaming Devices require sufficient Internet bandwidth at place of installation (we can provide Wi-Fi extenders if required).
Important Notes:
- While we gladly setup your new TV, we usually do not provide TV mounting services. If this is of interest to you, please contact us.
- All installation services listed below do not include any in-wall or on-wall cable concealment. We can provide such concealment at an extra charge. Please contact us upfront.

Installation of main receiver / amplifier and hook-up of all devices, including all required cabling; Connection to Wi-Fi; App installation and configuration.

Our Troubleshooting Services include / cover:
- Evaluation of any potential connectivity issues and correction of any hook-up problems. We provide new cables if required.
- Review and if required update of individual device settings.
- Check and if required re-installation of any Apps (as applicable).
- Root cause analysis for any devices not connecting to the network.
Important Notes:
- All troubleshooting services do not include any repair of physically damaged devices.
- In cases of poor Wi-Fi coverage at place of installation, additional installation of a Wi-Fi extender may be required (+$70).
