We install Video Doorbells of any brand, including Arlo, Google Nest, Logitech, Ring, SimpliSafe, Skybell, and many others.
Installation Services include:
Inspection of existing doorbell / compatibility check; Installation of Video Doorbell; Connection to Wi-Fi; App installation and configuration.
Installation Prerequisites:
For hard-wired Video Doorbells a functioning doorbell is required. If you don’t have a wired doorbell installation, a battery powered Video Doorbell may be an option.
All models require sufficient Wi-Fi / Internet bandwidth at place of installation (we can provide Wi-Fi extenders if required).
Important Notes:
- Especially in older homes, replacing the doorbell transformer may be required in order to provide sufficient power to the Video Doorbell (+$70).
- If you have a wired doorbell, but the chime isn’t working, we can replace the chime during installation (+$60).
- In cases of poor Wi-Fi coverage at place of installation, additional installation of a Wi-Fi extender may be required (+$70).

We install Smart Thermostats of any brand, including Ecobee, Honeywell, Google Nest, Wyze, and many others.
Installation Services include:
Inspection of existing thermostat / compatibility check; Installation of Smart Thermostat; Connection to Wi-Fi; App installation and configuration.
Installation Prerequisites:
Installation of a Smart Thermostat requires a functioning standard, low-voltage thermostat at place of installation.
All models require sufficient Wi-Fi / Internet bandwidth at place of installation (we can provide Wi-Fi extenders if required).
Important Notes:
- Smart Thermostats are suited for standard 4- or 5-wire HVAC control. HVAC Systems with a proprietary control protocol are not supported.
- Some systems with a 4-wire control require installation of a so-called “C-Wire” to power the Smart Thermostat (+$100).
- In cases of poor Wi-Fi coverage at place of installation, additional installation of a Wi-Fi extender may be required (+$70).

Installation Services include:
Inspection of existing door lock & bolt / compatibility check; Installation of Smart Lock; Connection to Wi-Fi; App installation and configuration.
Installation Prerequisites:
Installation of a Smart Lock requires a functioning standard door lock at place of installation. The door needs to plumb & level and it needs to open and close smoothly.
All Smart Lock models require sufficient Wi-Fi / Internet bandwidth at place of installation (we can provide Wi-Fi extenders if required).
Important Notes:
- Smart Locks are suited for residential doors following the respective ANSI standard (door thickness >1 3/4″, bolt bore diameter 2 1/8″, backset 2 3/8″ or 2 3/4″).
- In cases of poor Wi-Fi coverage at place of installation, additional installation of a Wi-Fi extender may be required (+$70).

Smart Wi-Fi Cameras typically can be placed anywhere within your home, but – depending on the specific model chosen – a power outlet close-by may be required.
All models require sufficient Wi-Fi / Internet bandwidth at place of installation (we can provide Wi-Fi extenders if required).
Important Notes:
- Hard-wired surveillance / CCTV system cameras are installed differently from Smart Wi-Fi Cameras. We currently do not offer this service.

Smart Speakers: Device setup; Connection to Wi-Fi; App installation and configuration.
Smart Hubs: Device setup; Connection to network; App installation and configuration; Linking to installed sensors / devices.
Installation Prerequisites:
Smart Speakers require sufficient Wi-Fi / Internet bandwidth at place of installation (we can provide Wi-Fi extenders if required).
Smart Hubs typically require wired Ethernet connection to your existing router, i.e. you need at least one free Ethernet port on your router.
Important Notes:
- Installation of Smart Hub devices include pairing of existing sensors / devices with the hub. Installation of sensors is not included.
