We capture the layout of your store or residence as well as your specific requirements, including:
- Exact area to be covered by video surveillance – we will provide recommendations.
- Video quality and night vision capabilities.
- Storage requirements for video footage.
- Video footage access needs.
- Any integration with other systems.
- Any other preferences you may have.
We compile a written recommendation, including:
- Exact number, make and models of video cameras.
- Camera placement proposal.
- Proposed concept for storage of video footage (local vs network-based vs cloud-based).
You purchase the required equipment and decide, whether you want to handle the installation yourself or have us installing the system for you.
If you had ordered the Security Camera Consultation services and decide to have us doing the subsequent installation, we offer a discount of 10% on all of these installation services.

Installation Services include:
Evaluation of best placement options; Installation of Smart Wi-Fi Camera(s); Connection to Wi-Fi; App installation and configuration.
Installation Prerequisites:
Smart Wi-Fi Cameras typically can be placed anywhere within your home, but – depending on the specific model chosen – a power outlet close-by may be required.
All models require sufficient Wi-Fi / Internet bandwidth at place of installation (we can provide Wi-Fi extenders if required).
Important Notes:
- Hard-wired surveillance / CCTV system cameras are installed differently from Smart Wi-Fi Cameras. We currently do not offer this service.
- Some brands include a central module / hub communicating with the camera(s). Installation of such hub is included in our services.
- In cases of poor Wi-Fi coverage at place of installation, additional installation of a Wi-Fi extender may be required (+$70).
