Oliver was a delight! He spoke with me for 15 minutes on the phone the day before his visit, and completely solved a very difficult WiFi connectivity issue we were having between router, repeaters, and our laptops He was extremely friendly, positive, reassuring and SUPER competent!! He came 20 minutes early and was here for 90 minutes – he made sure, EVERYTHING worked perfectly through our house.
