Oliver saved the day!! He was absolutely wonderful, so easy to work with – made us feel heard, not stupid, explained everything, made sure we were absolutely happy before he left. He took off his shoes and was respectful in our home. We just moved back to this house after our expat assignment and needed same day help and this was just unbelievably helpful and I can not say how wonderful he was to work with!
