Please note: With our focus on and dedication to Small Businesses and End Consumers, please understand that we cannot provide services for computers which are part of a larger managed IT network / deployment including local servers, use of technologies like Active Directory or similar. We provide installation services for desktop and laptop computers running either Windows or MacOS.
Supported Brands:
Computers: We setup computers of any major brand, including Acer, Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Toshiba, and many others.
Printers: We install printers of any major brand, including Brother, Canon, Epson, HP, Lexmark, and many others.

Installation Services include:
- Computer Setup: Unpacking, setup of keyboard / mouse, initial OS setup, installation of system updates, ‘bloatware’ removal, final test.
- Software: Installation from original media or online, registration, creation of links and shortcuts, final test.
- Printer setup: Unpacking, physical setup, network connectivity, installation of printer on up to 5 computers.
Important Notes:
- For device installations we assume new, out-of-the-box equipment. Please include corresponding notes when ordering re-installations.
- For any software installations, please make sure to have your respective licensing information handy during installation.
Supported Computer Types:
We provide (regular) maintenance services for desktop and laptop computers running either Windows or MacOS.
Maintenance Services include:
- Computer Check-Up: Ensuring your computer is ‘healthy’ and all essentials are fully up-to-date. This includes:
- Installation of any pending system updates to the operating system (OS) – Windows or MacOS.
- Installation of any pending updates to the key software packages installed.
- Check and if required update of adequate virus and malware protection, ‘bloatware’ removal, final test.
- Computer Tune-Up: Ensuring your computer runs at its optimum performance. This includes:
- System clean-up and drive de-fragmentation.
- Removal of any unnecessary software applications and ‘bloatware’.
- Removal of temporary documents and files.
Important Notes:
- If Check-Up / Tune-Up unveil significant issues (e.g. virus infection), the respective troubleshooting can be covered at an extra charge.
- Tune-up does not include hardware modifications. If you are interested in a system update, please drop us a note.

We provide Data Backup & Transfer services for desktop and laptop computers running either Windows or MacOS.
Backup / Transfer Services include:
- Data Backup:
- Backup of any kind of data up to 64GB (S/M) or more than 64GB (L/XL).
- Backup to external media (DVD – suited up to 10GB, USB Flash Drive, external hard disk).
- Alternatively backup to any cloud storage service such as IDrive, OneDrive, DropBox, iCloud or Google Drive.
- Data Transfer:
- Backup of any kind of data up to 64GB (S/M) or more than 64GB (L/XL).
- Backup to external media or cloud storage services (same as for Backup service).
- Data restore onto second computer.
Important Notes:
- Please understand that these services do not include any data recovery from damaged drives / devices.
- Prices listed do not include backup media (like USB flash drives). Drop us a note if you like us to provide those at an extra charge.

We provide Data Wiping services for desktop and laptop computers running either Windows or MacOS.
We provide the following Data Removal & Wiping Services:
- Data Wiping:
- Secure deletion of all user data of up to 2 accounts.
- Ideal for any cases where you need to remove a user account with no way to restore the data.
- Operating System (OS) Refresh:
- Basically a ‘factory reset’ of your computer, leaving nothing but an up-to-date operating system.
- Ideal for cases where you plan to sell a computer afterwards.
- Full (destructive) Wiping:
- Complete wiping of all data on the internal drives of a computer, i.e. including the removal of the operating system.
- Ideal for final decommissioning of older computers prior to handing them to electronics recycling.
Important Notes:
- Pricing for Wiping services below does not include any prior data backups. We offer this service at an extra charge.
- Any Wiping always is a secure data deletion, a recovery of the data will NOT be possible afterwards.
- Any Destructive Wiping will fully remove the operating system, the computer will not boot afterwards / will not be operational.

We provide Troubleshooting for desktop and laptop computers running either Windows or MacOS, as well as for any network printers.
We offer the following Troubleshooting Services:
- Computer Troubleshooting:
- Standard: For all situations where the computer is still booting up and running normally, e.g.
- Applications not starting; applications not working as expected; computer not connecting to network; etc.
- Advanced: For any situations where the computer is not starting up normally and/or freezing and/or crashing, e.g.
- Computer not booting; any fatal errors such as “Blue Screen of Death” (BSOD); etc.
- Full Re-Installation of Operating System (OS):
- For all cases where the operating system was significantly damaged.
- Standard: For all situations where the computer is still booting up and running normally, e.g.
- Virus Removal: Installation / update of malware protection software, full scan for viruses, quarantining / removal of infected files.
- Printer Troubleshooting: Resolving network connectivity issues, installation / update of printer drivers; etc.
Important Notes:
- If the initial analysis of any computer or printer problem unveils any additional or more severe underlying root cause(s), required additional troubleshooting may come at an additional or higher charge. In any such case, we will notify you upfront.
- If – for whatever reason – we are unable to resolve your computer problem, we will only charge $29 for the diagnostics.
