IT infrastructure of many Small Businesses often consists of only a few computers and a rather simple and straight-forward network setup, typically all based on end-consumer grade equipment. Still, for many if not most Small Businesses fully operational IT systems form some kind of backbone for the business: without the computers and networks working as they are supposed to work, your business and sales likely is significantly restrained or it may even come to a stand-still.

Given the rather limited scope and extend of their IT infrastructure on the one hand, and a strong cost consciousness on the other hand, many Small Business owners decide to install and maintain their IT themselves, even if sometimes this may not be their primary business objective, their passion or their forte. With this in mind, we have defined a three-tier set of subscription services for the installation and maintenance of Small Business IT systems: affordable plans, enabling you to focus on your business, while we take care of your IT.

    All our service plans come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Keeping your IT systems up and running is what we are here for. All our plans are month-to-month, no-commitment subscriptions - if you ever want to, you can CANCEL ANYTIME, no questions asked.

  • Billing

    We securely handle all our online transactions through our partner Stripe. The initial payment will be charged to your method of payment the day you sign up for any of the plans. Afterwards, as long as you keep your subscription active, we will charge you every month on the same day.

  • Computer(s)

    Our service plans are valid for 1 (BASIC, STANDARD plan) respectively for up to 3 (PRO plan) computers running either Windows or MacOS. Our plans always include the initial setup and configuration, incl. any setup of user and/or admin accounts.

  • Phone Support

    All our service plans include unlimited phone support Monday through Saturday, 9am to 8pm EDT. Whatever your question or support need may be, if it can be covered on the phone, it's included in our support plans.

  • Remote Control / Support

    As part of our STANDARD and PRO plans, we also enable remote control and support options for your computer. During the initial setup, we install dedicated state-of-the-art software on your computer, enabling remote control, so that in case of any problems on your computer, we can evaluate the issue anytime without the need for an in-person appointment.

  • Check-up & Tune-up

    Our STANDARD and PRO plans include a regular (1x per month) check-up and tune-up of the computers covered in the plan. This includes a check of the operating system and the installed key applications, including installation of any pending updates, as well as a malware check, bloatware removal, system clean-up and de-fragmentation. To the extend possible, we do this outside of your key business hours and/or remotely (see below).

  • Software Installation

    As your business focus or needs may change, so do the related IT requirements. If you need new or additional software installed on your computer, our STANDARD and PRO service plans include any such software installation (1 per month) at no extra charge.

  • Discounts

    For all your IT needs beyond the coverage of our service plans, whether it's troubleshooting of a specific problem, installation of additional equipment, or any data backup or even wiping requirements, we are happy to offer you a discount of 10% (BASIC), 15% (STANDARD) or even 20% (PRO) on all Computer Support Services as long as your plan subscription is active.
